有三种加工方法：单螺杆法，双螺杆法和密练法。单螺杆法：使用拌料机将物料混合后，由单螺杆挤出机拉条造粒。一般carbon black content 18-20%.工艺落后，属淘汰工艺。双螺杆法：使用拌料机将物料混合后，由双螺杆挤出机拉条或水环造粒。由于比螺杆机本身混炼能力有限，母粒一般碳黑浓度在25-32%。密炼法：使用拌料机将物料混合后，加入密炼机捏合合，再由喂料机喂入双螺杆挤出机，经水环或水下切粒，母粒一般碳黑浓度在40-45%。......
